Lösch für Freunde offers you excellent cuisine and great hospitality, enjoyed at a large table together with all other guests. You can laugh and chat, philosophise and debate, discover things in common ... just like being at a party where you get to know friends of friends. The manager sitting next to the student, the doctor next to the boutique owner, the entrepreneur next to the biologist ... all enjoying each other's company.

The 'table d´hôte' concept is very common amongst our French neighbours. Carmen and Addy want to make your dining experience as enjoyable as possible – and will make sure that your glass is never empty …

Enjoy a 4-Course Dinner

We don't have a menu, but will surprise you with a set 4-course dinner using fresh seasonal ingredients from the market. Just let us know beforehand is there is anything you particularly don't like or can't eat, and we will be pleased to accommodate this.
Naturally we use only the best produce and ingredients. And have an excellent chef in the kitchen. You're welcome to take a look at what he's got in the pans, talk shop together - and, should you be overcome by a desire to cook, then just grab a cooking utensil as well …
Should you wish to spend an evening alone or as a couple, you are welcome to dine in the restaurant at the neighbouring Kloster Hornnach Hotel (subject to charge).

What 'Gaumenfreuden' Half Board Includes:

A delicious breakfast – that you can enjoy when you want to (and not within fixed breakfast times), which includes: fresh fruit, fine cheeses, eggs just as you like them - and breakfast time reading material (several national newspapers)
A light lunch
Afternoon snack
Drinks all day & as many as you like: soft drinks (juices, lemonade etc.), coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latta macchiato, tea from our tea bar ('Mutterland' teas) and biscuits
Sparking wine reception in the Wine Lounge, a 4-course dinner with corresponding wines and water during dinner, followed by an espresso.

All of the services listed are included in the room rate when booking 'Gaumenfrueden' half board!

Enjoy exquisite Palatinate and international wines from our wine cellar (accessible at all times), fine whiskies and other selected spirits. Just record what you have taken in the appropriate list - we trust you like a friend.
