This gentleman Konrad, by the way, really exists. And like any of the other fifteen suites, his little salon reflects someone’s very real likes and dreams, with attention to detail and an appreciation for beauty for beauty’s sake. That might sound a bit elitist. But it is probably just a mild form of snobbery which Oscar Wilde would have probably enjoyed.
