A beautiful book – a private little paradise
An cozy chair, a warm pair of sox, a nice cup of tea – and a great book. Don’t we all enjoy those little escapes, time set aside to be whizzed away to some magical or funny world, into some adventure or heartache, to long-gone times or tomorrow-land?
We have built a little suite around this feeling, a calm and comfortable space, both relaxing and inspiring. Not a few of the many books here were left by patrons, knowing that there couldn’t be a better place for one of their favorites. Others were selected by the three sponsors who have given Literarium its special touch. Occasionally, one of the books will travel onwards, will have to be finished somewhere else. Not to worry: Others are waiting to take their place.
Our Literarium is a comfortable, homely place. For all those to whom a book is not just a book. But an invitation. To a private little paradise.
